✅ NABARD IT Specialist 2026-27 Eligibility Criteria:

• 1. SOC (Security Operations Centre) Analyst: Age 24–35 years. BE/B.Tech in CS / CE / IT / ECE / Information Science / Electrical / Cyber Security, or MCA, or PG in the listed computer / cyber streams (minimum 60% or equivalent). Mandatory certification: CompTIA Security+, CEH, or equivalent. Desirable: SIEM tool certification, CHFI / CySA+ / Blue Team. Experience: minimum 3 years post-qualification in IT / Cyber Security, including security solutions and risk identification. SOC analyst experience in large organisations / BFSI / managed SOC is desirable.
• 2. Information Security Analyst: Age 24–35 years. Same degree requirement (minimum 60%). Mandatory certification: any one of CISA, CISM, CISSP, or equivalent in Information Security / IT Risk / Compliance. Desirable: CRISC / CGEIT, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer / Lead Auditor, PCI DSS / IT Governance, CCSP / AWS / Azure Security. Experience: minimum 2–4 years post-qualification in Information Security / IT Risk / Cyber Security, including assessment, risk, compliance or governance.
• 3. Network Security Analyst: Age 26–38 years. Same degree requirement (minimum 60%). Mandatory certification: CCNP Security or equivalent in network / infrastructure security. Desirable: CISSP / CISM, Check Point (CCSA/CCSE), Palo Alto (PCNSE), Fortinet (NSE), CCSP / AWS / Azure Security. Experience: 5 years in IT and minimum 3 years post-qualification in network security, security solutions and information security roles. Preference for large organisations / Cyber SOC with BFSI experience.
• 4. Ethical Hacker & Penetration Tester: Age 25–35 years. Same degree requirement (minimum 60%). Mandatory certification: any one of CEH, OSCP, ECSA, or equivalent in penetration testing / offensive security. Desirable: GWAPT, GPEN, OSWE / OSWA, or application / API security certification. Experience: minimum 2–4 years post-qualification in VAPT / Ethical Hacking, including application, API and infrastructure security testing.
• 5. Lead Auditor (DoS-CSITE): Age 32–45 years. BE/B.Tech in CSE, ECE or IT, or Bachelor’s in any discipline with Master’s in Computer Science / IT / ECE. Certifications: CISA (mandatory), plus at least one of CISSP, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, or Lead Implementer and CISA. Experience: minimum 8 years overall IT experience, including at least 5 years conducting technology / IS audits in BFSI and leading audit teams. Cloud Audit, Project Management and PCI-DSS preferred.
• 6. Cyber & Network Security Specialist: Age 30–45 years. BE/B.Tech in CSE, ECE or IT, or Bachelor’s with Master’s in CS / IT / ECE. Certifications: CISA (mandatory), plus at least one of CCNA, CCNP, CEH or CISM. Experience: minimum 6 years handling network devices (firewalls, routers, switches), cyber security consulting, ISMS, SOC/VAPT, including at least 3 years in technology / IS audit.
• 7. IT Infrastructure & Banking Specialist: Age 30–45 years. BE/B.Tech in CSE, ECE or IT, or Bachelor’s with Master’s in CS / IT / ECE. Certifications: CISA (mandatory), plus at least one of CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, or PCI DSS implementation certification (PCIP / ISA / QSA / CPISI). Experience: minimum 6 years handling CBS and payment channels (SWIFT, ATM, Internet/Mobile Banking, NEFT/RTGS/UPI/IMPS), IT infrastructure and virtualization, including at least 3 years in technology / IS audit.
• 8. Cyber Security Analyst: Age 24–32 years. BE/B.Tech in CSE, ECE or IT, or Bachelor’s with Master’s in CS / IT / ECE. Certification: at least one of CEH, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, Database Certification (Oracle / Microsoft SQL), or Cloud Certification (AWS / GCP / Microsoft Azure / Oracle). Experience: minimum 3 years in IT or cyber security.

• SOC (Security Operations Centre) Analyst: ₹12–18 lakh per annum (consolidated, all inclusive)
• Information Security Analyst: ₹12–18 lakh per annum
• Network Security Analyst: ₹18–25 lakh per annum
• Ethical Hacker & Penetration Tester: ₹15–24 lakh per annum
• Lead Auditor: ₹35–40 lakh per annum
• Cyber & Network Security Specialist: ₹30–35 lakh per annum

Remuneration is consolidated and all-inclusive. Engagement is on contract basis.
